Hey everyone!
I have a new recipe for quick and easy Italian meatballs. With this effortless recipe, you can mix all of the ingredients together and pop it into the oven; so you can get back to the things and people that matter. This recipe makes around 26 meatballs and is great when paired with spaghetti noodles.
Ingredients
1 lb. of Ground Beef (or one small package)
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Egg
10-15 Sprigs of Fresh Italian Parsley (aka 2 handfuls)
1 Tbsp. of Dried Oregano
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 C. of Bread Crumbs
1/3 C. of Parmesan
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Step 1: Prepare vegetables. Mince garlic, wash and chop fresh Italian Parsley, and zest lemon.
Step 2: Mix everything together in a bowl.
Step 3: Roll ground beef mixture into small meatballs (make sure they are around the same size so that they cook around the same time).
Tip – if this recipe produces too many meatballs, freeze what you will not eat for up to a week.
Step 4: Spray sheet pan with cooking spray, then place meatballs 1 inch apart from each other.
Step 5: Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway.
Step 6: Enjoy!
For an easy dinner, pair with a salad and/or spaghetti and marinara sauce. In less than 30 minutes, you can have a complete homecooked meal.
