This time of the year prompts us to reflect on all that we’ve experienced during the year. While we are grateful for the good times — and that we got out of the bad times — we are sometimes filled with regret. Regret for not pursuing something we had dreamed of, be it in our personal or professional lives. Let us not forget our dreams and go after them with vigor, no matter who is watching.
I love to buy rotisserie chickens from Costco, they taste great and I can eat them for a couple of days. But eating a whole chicken by yourself can become a daunting task. So to shake things up, I thought of a food hack. Check it out.
A woman from my book club recommended that I should read “Between the World and Me,” by Ta-Nehisi Coates. This has been the best book that I have read this year.
